Incorporated since 1981, Darulaman Realty Sdn Bhd (DRSB ) is 100% owned subsidiary of Bina Darulaman Berhad (BDB) , a public listed company listed on the main board of Bursa Malaysia and 60% state owned via Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Kedah (PKNK). Kedah State Development Corporation (PKNK) is the majority shareholder (60.22 %) of BDB.
DRSB has an Authorised Capital of RM20,000,000 with RM11,000,002 as paid-up capital. Currently the authorised and paid-up share capital of BDB are RM 100 million and RM 65.8 million respectively.
As at to-date, we has successfully completed more than 5,000 units various types of houses at Bandar Darulaman, Darulaman Utama and Darulaman Perdana township worth more than RM 503 million.
This will include spearheading the development of a new township in Kuala Ketil (Darulaman Utama) and Sungai Petani (Darulaman Perdana).
